Description:

How to wire a DCC friendly turnout for use with DCC and a slow motion switch machine.

Basically a description of how to wire as per the instructions.

Additionally I show how to remove the over center spring so the turnout can be used with slow motion switch machines.

These turnouts are #6 radius, code 83.

I plan to do more videos like this as I progress with my railroad, I'd love to get feedback and improvements.

Please subscribe to keep up to date with the progress and for more how to videos.

P.S. I mentioned that applying solder to the track was called tanking, I meant to say tinning. Sorry if anyone was confused!

Extra Files:

Additional content that will help you recreate and follow along with the build, some of the 3DĀ printer files are still experimental and may require some tinkering in order to get them to print successfully. Also, nearly all of the 3DĀ printer files are designed for resin 3DĀ printers, trying to print them using a filament 3DĀ printer may not be possible!

But in any case, IĀ hope you enjoy the extra content.
